The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured everything was taken care of, making us feel right at home. 6.0It’s one of the higher end hotels in Valparai. Has good interior design and the room is spacious. Try taking a room with a balcony to get a better experience here.
− Location is atop a hill so it’s a bit outside the main area. You have to walk uphill a lot so if you’re someone with knee issues, it might become a problem. Also, their cafe is not open all day and dinner / tea is served very late. Laundry took 2.5 days to be delivered back to me and they won’t wash your underwear so keep that in mind. I didn’t try the food so can’t comment on the quality of it. TVs in the room are not smart TVs and only show local content. So if you’re stuck indoors because of bad weather you’re kinda porked. WiFi is also unreliable.
