An enjoyable stay
6.0The property was in poor condition but the people and the service was great. It should be understood that it is difficult for non Spanish speakers at this hotel, and misunderstandings can arise if the sole means of communication is via translator apps. I enjoyed the stay, and the people went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Hotels.com reciept foul up
6.0On receipt from hotels.com, it said half the room payment was paid, but when arriving, i had to pay full price of room stay and taxes. Dont know if this was a hotels.com or the actual hotels fault, but it couldve been a disaster if i didnt have extra money. When hotel.com recipt says "paid", you expect it to be paid. Always check your bank, and/or, bring extra money jus in case this happens

10.0Loved the beautiful view of the beach and the walking distance to the pool. The people were super courteous, friendly, and very professional. I would definitely use them again.
