− Je souhaite signaler un problème concernant le réceptionniste qui travaille le soir. C’est une personne aux cheveux longs, légèrement corpulente, dont le comportement est inacceptable. Il manque de respect envers les clients, ne sait pas communiquer avec courtoisie et son attitude est très désagréable. Son manque de professionnalisme et de savoir-vivre nuit à l’image de votre établissement. En revanche, le monsieur âgé qui travaille la nuit est toujours poli, respectueux et accueillant. Honnêtement, sans sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, j’aurais déjà quitté cet hébergement à cause du comportement de son collègue. J’espère sincèrement que cette remarque sera prise en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’accueil réservé aux clients.
