9.0Spacious and comfortable apartment, perfect location (near to downtown, beside II. Hassan mosque, right next to several restaurants/cafes/groceries), fully equipped, parking place at site (in the basemand), and so kind owner (her name is Hewfaa).
− The air conditioning is not efficient enough, but the hot can be managed with the fan prepared in the apartment.

1.0− Terrible stay. Booked because the ratings were good. Got there, air conditioning A/C did not blow cold air. It was hotter inside than in the lobby. 30C inside. Windows all open, manual fans blowing. Absolutely uncomfortable and could not get sleep. Our body was full of sweat all day and night. Whats the point of having an AC if you don’t fill it with coolant for it to work? Would not recommend. The streets were cooler. No toilet paper, not enough towels for all people, no AC or air conditioning in the rooms. The manual fans were old and just about useless and one sounded like a tractor. Overall outdated, and not clean enough. Toilet clogs and no water. Location is good but absolutely not worth it considering all else. DO NOT book this property.
