A lot of room in this room
9.0* internet speed is okay: about 8 Mbps * the room is spacious * there's hot water * there's a small balcony
− * parking slots for motorbikes are too high (floor 3A which is like 5 because of As) * even though there's a lot of room for stuff, it does provide anything extra: no glass, no spoon, no iron and so on * the walls are thin and therefore not soundproof
