10.0Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand von Kaltern mitten in den Weinbergen. Die Bushaltestelle für den Citybus ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß ohne große Steigung erreichbar, der Bahnhof der Mendelbahn in ca. 5 Minuten. Sehr gute Verbindung in die Ortsmitte und die umliegenden Dörfer. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

10.0Die Lage ist wunderschön in den „Weinbergen“. Der Panoramablick vom Balkon aus ist sensationell.
