9.0Great location! Across the road from the beach. Short walk to the center of Marzamemi. Available restaurants nearby. Large parking area for your vehicle. Outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the beach.

4.0Eccellente posizione fronte mare e s pochi passi dal centro.
− Cucina disordinata e con arredamento con mobiletti scrostati, cucina a gas vecchissima e arrugginita, pochissime vettovaglie e usurate. Bagno anni 70 con rubinetteria arrugginita e doccia inagibile. La struttura avrebbe sicuramente necessità di un lavoro di ristrutturazione importante. Per queste ragioni il rapporto qualità prezzo non è equo. In molti anni di viaggi vacanze è in assoluto la prima volta che incontro una situazione del genere.

9.0Sehr gut hergerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Wenige Schritte vom Strand und wenige Minuten zum Zentrum von Marzamemi mit all seinen Lokalen etc. Parken direkt am Haus. Äußerst hilfsbereite und charmante Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
