− It clearly says that the property will give a receipt for the payment made for the booking but they have refused to do so so if your are staying for work don't bother as you will not get an invoice from the property!!

Complained to booking.com but received nothing back from ED Executive

− There was a plug socket hanging off the wall, stains on the mattress and pillows it hadn’t been cleaned properly, the general state of the property was in poor condition, nothing like the pictures.

Avoid if you value your safety!

− Arrived at the property after been told parking outside to discover parking 50 meters away in an area surrounded by drug addicts and alcoholics who brazenly said our work vans are getting ribbed tonight! Police did call out but tbh did nothing, house was filthy, not enough beds made up, a cleaning fee was paid, worse still electric sockets hanging off the walls and large screws protruding through kitchen drawers holding them together, god forbid a child came in the property! I immediately contacted the owner who did not reply, I contacted booking.com and informed them we would not be staying as we felt unsafe and worried about our vehicles and our own safety, booking.com sympathised and tried contacting the owner, no joy ! I had to book another property at over £800 and after paying £650 for a property we could not stay in has left me furious that a property can be advertised by booking.com and i have been for 5 days emailing and messaging the owner and booking.com and getting nowhere, I can only share a few pics on here but believe me when i say you are risking your own safety if you stay here, the owner should be ashamed and I will be taking the matter further as it’s disgusting that the standard of health and safety issues are dismissed, surely laws are in place if god forbid someone was electrocuted or a child seriously injured on protruding screws etc. I gave the owner plenty of opportunities to resolve this matter and he’s still not replying.

Awful would not go back.

Bathrooms were clean and sofa was a lot more comfortable than any of the beds

− Was very dirty, lots of damage for example broken shower, broken headboard kitchen floor was so bouncy it was like walking on a trampoline. Whole property needs a really good clean especially carpets and walls and needs full overhaul as been used as a cash cow and not maintained at all Also be warned there are lots of very steep stairs which I was not aware of they also only have handrails that go halfway up and a couple in my group really struggled as the only working showers were on the top floor the one on the main floor has been snapped off the wall.
