10.0Great attention to detail with the decor and overall quality of this property. Great beds, great sofa and great facilities. Great location in South Beach area of Fremantle. A fantastically located property just set back from an abundance of eateries to suit all needs. The lawns and beach a stones throw away. A high level bakery opposite if you don’t fancy self catering the odd morning. Great coffee and baked bits. Bacon and egg bap were our staple. All in all would highly recommend this property, the staff were very professional when talking to them, nothing was a problem to them. Liam was especially helpful and a credit to the business. Will defo be back to stay at the federal apartments.

9.0Das App. ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einen Balkon gibt es leider nicht. Gute Lage, nur einige Minuten zum Strand. Die Lokale sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
