9.0Great communication from host throughout my stay. The apartment was stylish, clean, and exactly as shown in photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable business trip, with all local amenities conveniently nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Norfolk and would happily recommend this property to other guests. Thanks again for a great experience!
− One small suggestion for improvement would be to install a blind in the lounge, as it would provide a little more privacy and comfort, especially in the evenings.

8.0Location and the fact there was parking. Fantastic views across the city.
− How the approach and the communal areas looked. The car park was strewn with household litter and there was no signage and the lifts were unreliable.

Overall very pleasant stay.
8.0Great location in the heart of Norwich (Lanes). Views over the city and of St. John the Baptist Cathedral and St Giles on the Hill. Easy walking distance to most city facilities. Near many bus routes. Very comfortable..
− Smaller room lacked storage. No hairdryer. Noisy creaky electric heating. Kettle malfunction. Bath had a gash in it, so we didn’t use it for fear it would leak. Could do with a coffee table. Bathroom sink was a little high and the mirror was way too high.
The overall building was dirty and smelly however the apartment was tidy and clean.
7.0Spacious Facilities Well Equipped
− The building was dirty and smelly. Other residents had bags of rubbish in the corridors. The lifts and lift lobby were disgusting. Directions were a bit hard to follow.
