10.0Me encantó las vistas que se tenía al lago, todo en orden, estás a 5 min al lago. Y cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes. Lugar acogedor. Psdta. kimberly eres un amor mil gracias por tu gentileza, tacto y compresión.

− Appartamento non fornito di comfort di prima necessità tipo detersivi o comunque essendo presente bollitore e macchina per caffè non vi erano (anche solo per una questione di benvenuto) bustine di tè o tisane e capsule di caffè.... Inoltre, i cuscini ed il materasso dire fossero improponibili e vetusti è dire poco. In ultimo , sul pianerottolo è presente un cane che ha abbaiato notte e giorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo! Diciamo che la vicinanza al centro è stata l' unica consolazione....

8.0Really easy to book and communicate with the host worked well, met at the property and checked in slightly ahead of time- the apartment was spacious, had a lovely view of the lake and everything we needed
− Way too many emails ahead of arrival, The apartment was lovely but the neighbours were loud, quite a few dogs in the building who barked a lot and could be heard early on a morning.
Spectacular surroundings- the perfect break
10.0The location was great with a lovely view of the lake and castle. The property was comfortable and both the air conditioning and WiFi worked well. Our host, Margarita, was excellent- she contacted us in plenty of time before we travelled and organised a taxi from Verona airport. On arrival she was waiting to greet us and not only explained everything we needed to know but also took me to the nearest shops and helped me buy some provisions for lunch. Margarita was readily available, responding extremely promptly to any questions via WhatsApp and also helped us with train ticket bookings and our taxi to the train station. I thoroughly recommend Desenzano Loft for your Lake Garda holiday.

− I wouldn't say I didnt like but could be better...mattress could be much better. If one person is changing a position the other one also... like on the waves :-). No shower gels or shampoo in the bath...only 3 sachets but as Kim explained it is a law... strange

− Kitchen facilities adequate but if you want to have meals quite basic Toiletries basic No hand wash bathroom kitchen Washing machine great but no washing pod just one would have been useful Balcony is very small but adequate and views exceptional Would recommend
