8.0Location and the property. Ample utensils and good facilities overall.
− The house should have been cleaner. There were cobwebs around the corner in every room. The carpet was dirty and it was clear that it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

9.0Good location easy access, quiet, good facilities and well stocked kitchen with washing machine . We were able to arrive early and check out a bit later
− Some cobwebs in some rooms and a few spiders not sure when it was last used/cleaned. A bit of a musty smell on arrival but cleared once opened the windows.
