The location was amazing and the views out to sea and across the mountains were stunning. There was plenty of room throughout and the kitchen was well equipped in terms of utensils etc. The pool was wonderful and the pictures are an accurate representation of the size of the property inside and out. The addition of the wine fridge was great as it means we weren't taking up all of the room in the fridge with water and drinks.

− While overall the property was great, there were a number of small issues that prevented it from feeling like a luxury villa. These fixes would elevate if to an exceptional place to stay. I would stay again but would expect to see some of these improvements made. 1. There was only one tea towel provided in the kitchen so we had to buy more. 2. A lot of the plates and bowls were chipped. 3. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. 4. The floors did not appear to have been vacuumed and we had to sweep the main floor areas when we arrived. 5. There are a lot of areas that need to be touched up/repainted. 6. A lot of the lights around the property aren't working, including some of the outdoor lights and the lights in the bedroom above the garage. 7. The towel rail in the bathroom on the main floor was falling down and the soap dispenser was broken. 8. The terrace furniture covers need to be cleaned but the furniture needs to be replaced as it's caving in, in places and fraying also. 9. The furniture next to the pool tables also has some staining. 10. The lack of air conditioning is an issue throughout with the bedrooms being very hot, especially the main bedroom. 11. There were several loose tiles in the pool and the drain covered kept lifting up. 12. The steps out of the pool are dangerous and pulling out of the ground. 13. There is a green scum around the water line of the pool and all around the steps. 14. The BBQ had not been cleaned and due to this, there were ants all around the area. 15. The bed sheets did not fit the mattresses and pulled off during the night as they were only flat sheets. While most rooms had mattress covers, the main bedroom did not so when the small sheets pulled out, you were left sleeping on the mattress. 16. The washing line needs new clothes pegs and a lot more than they have currently. 17. The gates at the entrance to the property are also an issue.

Der Pool und die Lage und die Größe und die Menge an Badezimmern.

− Fernseher ohne funktion. Zu wenig Töpfe etc. Zum kochen. Geruch und sichtbarer Feuchtigkeit in den unteren Zimmern. Zu wenig Handtücher uralte Kaffeemaschine. Die Instandhaltung der kompletten Anlage müsste man vieles tun.

Mooi pand, mooie tuin. Wel aandacht nodig.

Prachtig gebouwde villa met uitmuntende bouwmaterialen. De architect moet een vaardige professional zijn geweest. Doordachte indeling van het grote pand. Uiteindelijk beviel de ochtendzon op het terras en in de keuken ons het meest. Alle deuren en ramen hebben hele goede sloten. Mooie tuin.

− Wij waren er een week in december. In de middag is de temperatuur prima. Maar 's ochtends en 's avonds wordt het te fris. Alleen de huiskamer heeft een airco/ warmte-voorziening. Dus alle andere kamers worden in de winter zo koel dat het voor veel mensen niet comfortabel genoeg is. Eigenlijk verwacht je dat niet bij zo'n indrukwekkend pand. In de zomer heb je dus ook alleen maar airco in de woonkamer. Het warm water laat zeker een minuut op zich wachten. Drie maal (in een week) zaten we helaas zonder warm water. Er zou een monteur gestuurd worden. Koud douchen is niet echt heel luxe. De verlichting is ooit state of the art geweest, maar is nu echt wel ouderwets te noemen. De bioscoop lijkt leuk, maar we kregen niets werkend. Hier en daar zie je dat bepaald klein onderhoud al een tijdje geleden is, zoals een schimmelplek en een losse plint. Het is nog te doen, maar zou beter zijn als er weer een en ander gerenoveerd zou worden. Kleine klusjes. Grote klus betreft de grote toegangspoort die het bij aankomst niet deed. Als je de volgende dag naar het vliegveld zou moeten, dan kan je beter de auto buiten parkeren.

Great place to stay in cooler weather

We loved the pool and the general space was amazing. lots of pool toys ,and entertainment facilities like a pool table. Lots of showers and bathrooms

− There is air conditioning in the living room only, which we only found out about on arrival. The bedrooms had fans but were so hot at night it definitely affected our sleep quality.

A great base for a family holiday.

Great location, very quiet but only 5 minute drive from Frigiliana or Nerja. The pool and outside area is brilliant. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms/en suites.
