10.0This is a wonderful Onsen. The rooms are spectacular. This was our second trip to Tokachigawa Moor and everything about this place is first class. Beautifully crafted meals, friendly and personal service. This is as relaxing as it gets.
It's a wonderful hotel and excellent staff. I would definitely want to come visit again.
10.0The staff is very very polite and excellent in every aspect. Check-in experience is amazing! The interior design, room layout and materials are all exceptional. The food prepared rivals many M-star restaurants. Very very well done!
− While the room design is very nice, it would be nice and convenient if the toilet room could include a sink. I have requested a quiet room, unfortunately there is some landscaping/construction activities going on just outside our hotel room, using noisy machines throughout the day. This construction machine noise really disturbed the zen enjoyment of the outdoor onsen.
