− Property charges too much expensive as per property no proper staff or faclity available on property. Shortage of staff food quality was too normal

− It's at the top.. not for elderly people.. lot of stairs to walk on. Poor service, neither good food.

8.0The location is very good and serene. The staff is very cooperative and efficient. Service was good. Very courteous and helpful people. I found the person at reception multi-tasking. One night we didn't order dinner and he was so concerned, he called me asking if we required to order food before the kitchen closed.
