Health and safety hazard. A complete disgrace. I have never seen anything so disgusting.
1.0− The place was absolutely filthy - the sheets were full of hair, dust and stains - the duvet was stained. The floor was full of pieces of rubbish, dust, and mud. The kitchen had old food on the work top - microwave was filthy and broken - out of date food in the cupboards and fridge together with insects in the rubber of the fridge door. The bathroom was filthy with used tampons in the wastebin. I have never seen anything so unhygienic in all of the years i have been travelling. A complete health hazard. Check in was 3 pm - when i contacted the person dealing with the studio on arrival - he said he wasnt available until after 6pm. I booked into another hotel. I have lots of photos of the filthy state of the place but cant see where to upload them

5.0Adequate parking
− On arrival, kitchen tap was leaking, plumbing under sink leaking, floor wasn’t clean, table wasn’t clean, shower wasn’t clean. At night around 10-10.30pm water pipes vibrate and sound like a hammer drill. TV didn’t work properly throughout stay.
Pleasant
6.0Comfortable enough although very small. Washing machine was useful, self catering although no cooking tools just frypan and saucepan. Host very responsive and helpful and was a nice safe neighbourhood.
− The shower was very poor, hot/cold cycling. Minimal kitchen utilities. No clothes line or drying options
