9.0Everything was new , clean and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were first class. All the additional add ons such as coffee , tea , shampoo etc were generous and of good quality. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they went out of their make to make our stay a comfortable and memorable. .

− We were travel so didn't know exactly how long it would take to get there. We were 45mins early so had to wait out on the street for 45mins until someone arrived with the keys.
