7.0Location was great, within walking distance of beach, shops, cafes, restaurants etc The bedrooms & lounge/kitchen area were fine. Spacious, comfortable beds. Cosy in lounge/dining area but good enough for 3 adults, 2 children & a dog for 2 nights.
− The frontage of the property very disappointing. Bird droppings on seats & steps. The outside table had not been cleaned & was dirty & tatty. The bbq had not been touched for weeks & the rack was rusty & grimy. Not a welcoming sight-front gate only opens slightly, needs fixing. The floor in the main bathroom has lifted where water has got into it. The ensuite shower door doesn't close properly & is very small for an adult. No mirror in main bedroom.

Lovely apartment in a great location, clean and warm.
8.0Excellent location right by the seafront. Parking was on the street but we had no problems finding a space. Property was lovely and warm.
− Beds were very soft and uncomfortable, mattresses need replacing.
