7.0Lage und Aussicht waren sehr schön. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, was bei ausreichender Fitness kein Problem ist. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen ist zwar sehr schön, sitzen kann man dort aber nicht.
− Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, einige Dinge müssten repariert werden.

10.0Abbiamo affittato un appartamento vicino al mare. L’esperienza è stata estremamente piacevole. La casa è in stile classico italiano, antico, con un’atmosfera speciale che ti riporta indietro nel tempo. Ma la cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stato il balcone. Era davvero enorme, circondava due lati della casa, e offriva un panorama mozzafiato: da entrambi i lati si poteva vedere il mare, ma anche la città illuminata di sera. La vista era semplicemente magica. È uno di quei posti dove ti viene voglia di stare con una tazza di caffè o un bicchiere di vino e guardare l’orizzonte.

10.0Unbelievable Location. what a place, full of history, rooftop balcony with the best view in town, such a good vibe, every item is full of Charme and art, we felt nearly, more home than at our own houses, the pictures dont even show how beautiful the place is. Just incredible. I liked the 2 top floors so much, didnt even left the house;-) thanx a lot
Porto Maurizio has its own charm as has this old house.
10.0The property was - amazing , exceptional - like out of a movie. It stretched over two floors with a beautiful combination of oldy world charm and antiques and modern comfort. It had its own library - unfortunately most books were in Italian which I don't know. There was a small balcony and if you wanted you could get out onto the roof -and look down on to the town and the sea.
− IT might be useful to realize the location is actually 7 Km outside of Imperia in a neighbouring village called Porto Maurizio. There is a bus 202 from Imperia town centre ( not railway station) in the direction of San Remo. The apartment is on the third floor - I think I counted 70 steps. Andrea offered an alternative on a lower floor but this had so many nice features I didn't want to change
