7.0The people I booked this with were very friendly and so helpful, they helped us out a lot during our booking and had great communication even when we booked very last minute. I would book with them 100%.
− The boat can get hot which is expected if you are a tourist and not used to these climates and being under the sun - just bring an electric fan and you will be just fine.

1.0They contact me in what’s app to organize a pick up. That was great.
− The pick up was late for 40 mins and no one replied. We nearly organize another driver and they just arrived. After we all boarded, the boat was stop in the middle of the sea for 40 mins. Without communication to us what’s going on, on the end the boat was returned, but I got really sick and dizzy vomited several times, had to cancel the trip unfortunately.

2.0The ferry boat was small and over crowded and broke down 10 mins into the ride. However they helped get us on new boats but was a 3 hour delay and chaos

− The whole experience was needlessly stressful. The ferry staff had a terrible attitude towards asking questions. The ferry left 1.5 hrs late and didn’t arrive to Gili air until 6pm ( the trip was advertised as 1.5hr).
