I didn't get the chance to stay at this property while I had the reservation, on arrival with my family the guy said no room is available yet at 5:30am the room will be empty by 9am then you can shift, while I especially told them at 12am on the same date that I will be there with my family and the guy said no worries come the rooms are available. In short, they didn't provide us with the same property and room as shown in the picture while it was 5:30am rainy morning, the guy accommodated us in another building with no view, cleanliness, or water shortage and insects inside the room. No electricity back-up. Etc etc etc. I did an early check-in around 6 in the morning and left around 2pm in the noon, due to all the situations and missed commitment I paid for nothing and lost mine and my family’s comfort too. I demand a refund.

The hotel is conveniently located for travelers heading to Naran. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and uninterrupted electricity, which is impressive considering the remote location. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable place to stay during your journey.

− The bed sheets had not been changed before check-in, which is disappointing. As a matter of hygiene, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that fresh bed linen, clean towels, and other room amenities are replaced before welcoming new guests. The room floor was dirty, and the bathroom required thorough cleaning. The owners should take a more active interest in maintaining cleanliness standards and regularly inspect the rooms to ensure they meet basic hygiene expectations. Unfortunately, when these issues were raised, the staff responded with excuses rather than taking prompt action, which was not acceptable. Improving housekeeping and customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We had a great stay here a few weeks ago and came back for another night. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, The rooms are modern, beautiful and clean. It is peaceful and nice to look out at the scenery from our room
