Amazing location, disappointed with the apartment condition

Amazing location, apartment is straight on the riva in the old town, having amazing views, just 2 min walk to the first beach, all the restaurants are only few steps away.

− Apartment was on the the third floor so wasnt easy getting there with all the stuff and no elevator. Also the roof terase isn't in the same level as apartment, you have to take internal very steep stairs to get up on the roof, so not sure how older people should get there as Im young and had to watch out not to fall, and there wasn't any sun shade sail as per Booking photos. The terace looked like unfinished construction site, the apartment itself had a front panel missing of the dishwasher, dirty kitchen floor, bathroom had a bath so showering wasn't easy without getting water everywhere, NO AIR-CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOMS, only in the living area.

Location

− The hot water broke. The outdoor cover on the roof was broken,limiting the time the roof veranda was able to be used in summer.

We have wonderful memories of our time at the Korcula Sunset Apartment.

The view, the view, the view was so fun. There is lots of boat and ship activity to watch. The sunset is gorgeous. The location in old town is near shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Robert, who met us, was helpful in giving suggestions of where to eat, etc. During our stay, he responded immediately when we had a question.

The view was wonderful and the flat had everything. Our host Robert anticipated all sorts of little things and gave us good advice of where to go and where to eat. The wine, beer, juice, water, fruit and coffee left for us were nice touches and very appreciated. We found the bed comfortable. Fabulous location on the small port, could not be better. Very quiet at night despite the restaurant downstairs. Thank you Robert!

− It was fine for us, but be warned the flat is 3 flights up and access to the rooftop is basically a ladder. So anyone with small children or mobility issues should be aware.

This was our 3rd stay in Korcula old town and by far the best. The apartment is in the most beautiful in the old town. I
