Overall if we are going to need a transient again, I will choose this place again.

I like that the place feels homy vibes

− The only issue is that there is no internet. And that other Cr is "Barado" so you have to make an aeffort to remove the "barado". and I hope their internet isuues will be resolve.

The location is good for me since all the errands I need to do were around that area.

− The pictures posted were so outdated. The house is old and poorly maintained. As we arrived there, the house floor was sticky, there was dust and dirt around the house, the bath rooms were dirty, there was even a dead cockroach in the kitchen. There was rust on the windows. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was so noisy. The old TV suddenly turned off when I was watching. We need to settle these issues on our first week of stay, wherein we should be having our vacation and doing our errands. Before we left, the sink pipe in the 2nd floor common bath room was leaking. We didn't bother to report it anymore. It's just too much of hassles. There were old and dirty stuffs stored in the cabinets like organ, extra mattresses, old mirrors, etc.The sala couch is old and saggy, and the master bedroom bed is not comfy at all since it's too old. They just put a 3-4 inches mattress topper, but you can still feel the springs on the original mattress. We also didn't have access to cabinets on master bedroom. It was locked since they said they stored extra bedding there. All the issues were reported to the host with pictures and videos, except for the sink leak. She's nice, but I hope she is more hands-on on her transient houses to avoid issues. She said the house is due for renovation, but how come it was posted online for booking even if the status is bad? It was not a good experience at all, and we don't want others to experience all of what we've been through.
