We have chosen this property according to the recommendation of the guests on Booking.com and were not disappointed. A renovated, tastefully furnished apartment in a historic building in a magnificent, atmospheric location – in the heart of the old town, a two-minute walk from the central square and the port. The noise of busy streets is an inevitable part of this location, but, as many have noted, it is completely offset by the soundproof windows. Furthermore, restaurants and shops close about 10:30 - 11:00 PM, and it becomes very quiet. Our charming and welcoming host, Luca, was very helpful with a wealth of useful information and in solving our minor technical problems. We also appreciated the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and the very clean and modern bathroom. The house's only small balcony added a touch of romance. It was an unforgettable stay.

Nie można znaleźć lepszej lokalizacji, w samym centrum. Pomimo zgiełku na ulicy, przy zamkniętych oknach spokój w apartamencie. Wygodny, czysty z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Zapewniony parking 5 min spaceru od mieszkania. Przemiły i kontaktowy właściciel, doskonałe instrukcje jak dostać się z parkingu do mieszkania. Polecam, my z miłą chęcią wrócimy w to miejsce.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – mitten in der Innenstadt und nur wenige Schritte vom Gardasee entfernt. Ideal, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell und freundlich, und dank der guten Fenster hört man bei geschlossenem Zustand kaum noch etwas vom normalem Straßenlärm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche und reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir wurden im Vorfeld mit allen wichtigen Informationen – inklusive hilfreicher Videos – bestens versorgt. Auch bei Rückfragen kam die Antwort schnell und unkompliziert. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Der Fahrstuhl im Haus erleichtert den Zugang zur Wohnung. Ein Wermutstropfen ist der etwa 10-minütige Fußweg zum Parkplatz. Mit viel Gepäck ist das etwas mühsam.

− Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer knarzt bei jeder Bewegung sehr stark – die Geräusche sind sogar im Schlafzimmer deutlich zu hören, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt. Auch die Klimaanlage ist recht laut, sodass wir sie zum Einschlafen nicht nutzen konnten, was an heißen Tagen etwas unangenehm war.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum! Das Apartment liegt absolut zentral, besser geht es nicht – alles ist in wenigen Minute
