10.0This property was perfect for our stay in Wells. Fully equipped, clean, perfect location and lots of little extra ‘nice little touches’ . We arrived early, messaged and were allowed to check on early. Would 100 💯 per cent recommend.
A nice find ideal for a weekend away.
8.0It’s proximity to the town. Its size and included items. View from the kitchen.
− Unable to regulate shower.
We had a peaceful relaxing break in the Old Coastguards Station.
10.0The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Quay and town and set in a very quiet cul de sac.
− No improvements required.
Lovely relaxing short break, with multiple walking opportunities from the door, car parking safe.
8.0Great location, with good view from the breakfast bar, quirky property with an interesting history.
− It was OK but the sofa was I bit jaded and uncomfortable.
Good location but could be so much better
6.0Nice bathroom
− I’m sorry to say but if a holiday let is dog friendly, please make washing facilities available. We always wash our dog before he comes back in after a walk. It was just hard work trying to wash him inside. I personally don’t think the four poster bed worked in such a small room. I also don’t think sheep skin rugs are hygienic, especially in a place where they’re walked over in bare feet by a vast number of different sweaty feet. Window nets are alittle old hat, shutters would look better. A new settee wouldn’t go a miss as quite uncomfortable. It could be a cracking little place but we were alittle disappointed.
Thoroughly recommended holiday home.
9.0Wonderful historic property and great location, and the four poster bed.
