8.0Abbiamo avuto un' accoglienza calorosa e attenta alle nostre necessità. L'alloggio è nuovo, comodo ed essenziale in ottima posizione e con il parcheggio nella proprietà che ha un enorme valore considerando che in strada i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
− La doccia un po' piccola 😅 ma i proprietari hanno in previsione di ampliarla. Comunque alla fine neo di poco conto rispetto agli aspetti positivi

9.0Guten Tag! Wir haben Mitte Juli für zwei Wochen eine Wohnung für drei Personen gemietet. Der Eigentümer empfing uns, zeigte uns die Wohnung und brachte zwei Flaschen Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk mit. Der Eigentümer wohnt gegenüber in der Wohnung und hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gestört. Er ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Bett ist bequem, das Schlafsofa ist auch normal, nicht laut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Bettwäsche kann einmal pro Woche gewechselt werden. Es gibt ein Ankleidezimmer. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine, die Klimaanlage in Küche und Schlafzimmer funktionierte einwandfrei, es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Es gibt einen Balkon, Internet, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Fernseher mit Internet. Private Parkplätze stehen vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Balkon aus konnte man ein Stück Meer und den Vesuv sehen. Wir sind zu allen Stränden mit dem Auto gefahren, da der Strand in Pompeji schmutzig ist. Insgesamt ist alles super.
− Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng, unbequem und mit steilen Abfahrten und Anstiegen. Wenn dein Auto eine geringe Bodenfreiheit hat, kommst du nicht hinein. Die Duschkabine in der Wohnung ist sehr klein und eng. Wir sind sportlich, aber meine Frau und ich haben kaum hineingepasst. Wir trinken morgens gerne Kaffee, aber es gab keine Kaffeemaschine. Aber für uns war das nicht wichtig.
