4.0− If there was no ,,luxury" in the name, I would have given better review. It's not luxury, it's actually below normal and it's repainted so it looks good. There are no catchers/stoppers for mosquitoes so the bathroom was full with bugs and some came in the rooms. It smells like old building and the sewers for bathrooms of inner apartments were too damn close to the edge of the walls and tou hear every flushing of toilets like hell
For us it was ok for a short one night stay.
7.0It has a pool but we only stayed one night and did not use it. Staff very nice, waited to check us in late in the evening after our arrival was delayed.

8.0Тихо, чисто, свежий воздух, не так далеко до берега, если на море. Семейный номер был с двумя комнатами, что очень приятно.
− Много комаров, но в комнатах есть электрические фумигаторы. Но на две комнаты только один, и пластинок не было к нему. Плюс совмещен туалет и душ так, что невозможно помыться и не намочить туалет. Все крайне компактно.
