Loved hearing the birds, and chickens in the morning.
10.0Loved the little touches, like the treats in the fridge and the electric blankets that had already been turned on.
− Just with it being this time of year it was hard to heat up. Maybe a fan heater would have been good to warm the room up to begin with, but this was not a big issue.

− Was not the easiest property to find and an indication in the directions that it was at the southern end of Wainakarua would have been helpful as we started looking for it in Hampden

7.0Nicely set up eco cottage. Great gas cooker. Lovely garden surrounds. Very good host communication. They were very kind and friendly. Good fridge freezer. Good shower. Comfy bed. Good ramp for access. Lovely fresh eggs. Very nice farmyard decor.
− Wifi didn't work and limited mobile data reception. No TV. Not ideal when I often work remotely in the evening. A lot of road noise. Needed my ear plugs. Curtains would be nice as blinds don't fully cover the windows. Curtains also help to keep it warm although it was mild and not cold on the night I was there.
