Amazing stay!

Clean, tidy and spacious. Great location to the city centre and university. Quiet area. All facilities were exceptional...a home from home. Staff were friendly and available to answer questions immediately. Absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely love to come back and stay here.

− Would have liked the TV to work but it was a minor inconvenience. It didn't disrupt our stay.

Close to Newcastle City Centre.

− I chose this property to stay at for my sisters hen do weekend. I can only say it looks nothing like the photos advertised. When we arrived we spent 2 hours cleaning up due to how disgusting it was. I was so worried about my sister arriving to this and I am so disappointed in the lack of contact from the host who has completely ignored me when I highlighted the following issues. - Black bin bags and rubbish left outside the front and back of the property. - Over grown with weeds near the front and back doors. - Front door left open with the key in the back of the door because the locks don’t work properly and the keys get stuck in the door. - Missing light bulbs in the kitchen. - Black mould in the showers and kitchen worktops. - Damp bedding, clearly this hadn’t dried properly before being put on. - Huge damp patches on the ceilings in 2 of the bedrooms. - Carpets patched up with a big iron mark on the floor. - The TV was broken with a smashed screen and this couldn’t be used. - A dirty bin in the kitchen, hair left in the bottom of it. - Flies inside the property from the rubbish left outside. - The property asks for it to be “clean” before you leave. However, no cleaning products left to do this and I think we have left it cleaner than when we arrived.

The location was amazing, a close walk to everything.

− The kitchen is lacking some cooking items, such as chopping knife, not enough plates/bowl for 8 people. All the pots and pans were damaged and should be replaced.

The location in town is okay.

− 1. No address on the door - difficult locating facility 2. Foot steps from flat above - great disturbance 3. Unkempt vegetation leading to the facility - unsafe condition 4. Untidy surrounding - No good view through the windows 5. Facility lacked common house items eg vacuum cleaner, grinder, mop for cleaning, pots for cooking etc
