Excellent location, but the place needs cleaning and maintenance.
5.0The apartment was in the heart of Pistoia, where many restaurants, shops and historic attractions are; it is also close to Firenze, Pisa and to the picturesque landscape of Tuscany - in that aspect, it was perfect for exploring! Tommasso was also helpful, and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
− Beside it being in a good location, we were quite dissapointed. I did not expect it to be perfectly spottless, as I read the reviews beforehand, but it was not only not cleaned properly, it was also quite worn down, the equipment was in a rough shape and even the electric outlets seemed a bit sketchy. The building's stairwell was okay, but smelled a little funky and the elevator was not working while we were there (but Tommaso communicated its quirks early on). I would like to also highlight, that the stairs are very steep. It was an okay experience, as we were not there to relax, but had an agenda for our stay, however if you are coming to the area to unwind from the everyday life and recharge, maybe it is not the place for you.
