10.0Very clean and stylish property. Received all the information on the day of travel about how to find it and keys etc. Felt very organised. Easy to get to Keswick via bus, £3 single journey and took what felt like less than 10 mins. The room was perfect for what we needed, we stayed in a heat wave and the duvet was a little thick but did not bother us too much.

8.0We loved the location, great place to travel to various lakes and towns. The shop/cafe downstairs is perfect for the morning and the staff are all lovely.
− We only stayed for 2 days, I think we would have struggled with the catering if it was any longer, as there's no oven or cooking aids other than the microwave. Parking was a bit tight but can be helped really. Might be worth adding info about it not being self catering.

Copper Room at Braithwaite House Rooms
8.0Comfortable and clean room with lovely decor in a gorgeous location. We stayed in the Copper Room, the room is compact but perfect for a place to stay if you're planning on exploring through the day. We stayed for two nights around completing the 10in10 event and it was a perfect base, good pub food available nearby. There's a lovely breakfast bistro just up the road too that's worth a visit.
− No complaints at all. There are fairly narrow stairs up to the room so worth noting this room wouldn't be so good for anyone needing certain accessibility, but that wasn't an issue for us. Very happy with our stay.
