It was last minute for my 35th Birthday wouldn’t stay again but loved the area.
4.0The property is in a great location, has a lot of character, and communication from the host was good throughout the stay.
− However, overall we were disappointed considering the cost (£400 for 2 nights without breakfast included). Cleanliness was below the standard we expected. There were cobwebs in several areas, the towels and bath mat were very dirty and marked with what appeared to be makeup from previous guests, and the sofa also had visible stains. The carpets are quite worn and would benefit from being replaced. The toiletries provided were also very limited. There was only one hand wash bottle shared between the bathroom and kitchen, and the only shampoo provided was a cheap bottle that we had to search for ourselves. We ended up buying our own shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash during the stay. Utensils and cutlery all looked dirty so avoided. For the price paid, we expected a much cleaner and better-maintained property with more attention to basic amenities.

9.0Apartment was superb, very clean and contained everything you would need. Situated in the heart of chipping Norton which was also a bonus! Had no issues and pets being allowed was a huge plus
Chris was a great host & went the extra mile to make our Christmas stay a great success.

10.0the location in chipping Norton is excellent, you are on the Main Street with many shops, restaurants and bars all just on your door step, A parking space is available what's a must in chipping Norton, if your travelling for Clarkson's farm its just 4 mins away by car and the farmers dog is a easy 24 min drive so this makes the cottage a ideal place to stay. The cottage was warm and clean, with everything you need for a short or longer stay.
− it wasn't a problem but if not so mobile or have a small children there are many steps from the carpark area to the entrance of the cottage what could be a problem for some and it wasn't mentioned in the booking,
