Lovely place to stay with great facilities in a lovely area of Estepona.

The property was very clean and tidy. In an excellent location near enough to a main pedestrian thoroughfare, but still very quiet. All the food and shops you would need are within a 5-10 min walk. All the facilities you would need for some time away. The beach was a 10 min walk from the property, through the town area.

− We travelled very light for a week away and it suited us, but anyone with more would struggle to find storage space. A hanging bar but no drawers of any sort. We were told, by email, to collect the keys from the office, which was further on into town from the property. But this was not the case, we were eventually told to go straight to the property, not a good start. The bathroom is great, it just needs some shelving around the sink to put your toiletries.

Buena ubicación, poco ruido, estaba limpio y agradable

− Pésima atención al cliente. La fianza de 350 € no se muestra de forma suficientemente clara durante el proceso de reserva. Tras recibir la solicitud de pago fue prácticamente imposible contactar con el alojamiento: no respondían por WhatsApp, llamadas, chat de Booking ni correos. La comunicación era mediante mensajes automáticos d. inglés, pese a solicitar en varias ocasiones atención en español. Fue realmente frustrante estar así días. Cuando finalmente respondieron, restaron importancia a las dificultades para contactar (diciendo que tendría que haberlo traducido, que tendría que haber buscado más números de teléfono mediante otros anuncios…haciéndome creer que era mi responsabilidad) lo que me pareció muy poco profesional. Además, el apartamento apenas tiene armarios ni cajones, por lo que tuvimos que guardar parte de la ropa en cajones de la cocina

Location was perfect - so central but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment had a lovely calm feel, and really nicely furnished. Was a very comfortable space and everything I needed Balcony was great as was the shower. Staff were fantastic at responding quickly

− Cooker was awkward, couldn’t work out how to use it but thankfully didn’t really need it Washing machine door was jammed and neighbours also had similar issue so not sure if it’s a design issue

The location of the property was perfect - less than a ten minute stroll to the Rada beach, in the heart of the old town where all the restaurants, bars and shops are, but perfectly on a quiet side street so no noise could be heard at night. There were also great supermarkets within five mins walk for all the essentials.

− The only think I could find to gripe about was lack of clothes storage. Hanging area was very sufficient, but there were no storage boxes or drawers for smaller items like beach and underwear.

This is our second stay and we would always recommend if coming to stay in Estepona

Centrally located to shops and great restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Clean and easily accessible and staff are very attentive by message

Heerlijk appartement

Ruim appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Prachtig balkon (app 7) met zowel in de ochtend als avond een heerlijk zonnetje.
