− Please add more variety on coffee, I don't like ricoffy only nescafe, please add more creamer

− Everything! Broken floor tiles, bathroom ceiling sagging and holes stuffed with toilet paper. Can’t open bathroom door from inside. Door handle will break out the door. Unit for 6 people stocked with cutlery of one knife, one fork, 1 spoon, one teaspoon. Stove / plates and microwave did not work. Kitchen blind broken, part of bedroom curtains hanging of the rails. Front door safety gate could not open properly and the plaster at the front door and gate not finished. The property is located in a rural township with no lights in the steets. So much for a boutique hotel!!!!!!!
