10.0The host is a true gentleman and is always around to help. The hostel was clean and airy, and I noticed that as soon as a guest checks out, he immediately collects the sheets and starts cleaning. Not a major issue, but a few hooks in the shower room and bathroom would be a nice addition. Other than that, the location is excellent — just a 3‑minute walk from where the bus from Montenegro drops you off.

9.0Una meravigliosa ospitalità dello staff. I gestori sono fratello e sorella e sono davvero di una gentilezza e disponibilità che difficilmente si incontra. Un assistenza continua ai bisogni del cliente. I letti sono comodi, lo spazio in cui sono disposti i letti è grande e arieggiata. Ci sono i ventilatori e la sera l'aria condizionata. La mattina la colazione è a base di un delizioso cappuccino e una fresca brioche al cioccolato. La posizione è in piano centro, vicina ai locali ma tranquilla e vicinissima ai bus sia per Tirana che per chi vuole andare a Valbona o Theth. Addirittura Jez accompagna i clienti alla fermata degli autobus. È anche comodo prendere da Jez i biglietti combinati per Valbona (bus-ferry-bus). Insomma, dovevo rimanere solo una notte, alla fine sono rimasta 4 notti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Meravigliosi!
− L'unica cosa che forse devo dire è che manca la cucina. Ma c'è un fornetto elettrico e il frigorifero Anche se non c'è la cucina i gestori mi hanno assistita per l'acqua calda e altre esigenze, quindi alla fine non ne ho sentito così tanto la mancanza.
