Everything was perfect, a quiet location for a vacation with children, basically right on the beach, parking space for 3 cars. Full support from the hosts. Complete privacy. Excellent cleanliness. The city of Pula is about 15 minutes from the accommodation.

− Due to the end of the season, there wasn't that much restaurants around the accommodation. But we will definitely come back here.

Gorgeous villa in beautiful area.

The villa is a few steps from a beautiful and quiet beach where there are several restaurants. It has a well kept garden with two outdoor seating areas and a sea view. Inside there is a functional kitchen and the bathrooms are new and clean. Bedrooms are simple but stylish. There is also a little balcony overlooking the garden. The owners live next door and were available for any questions we had.

− The living area is a bit small if staying with a large group but we stayed outside all the time during our holiday. Shops are a short drive away.

Schöner Hausteil mit neuwertiger Einrichtung. Sehr gepflegter Aussenbereich mit überdachter Sitzgruppe, 2 gedeckte grosse Esstische, Whirlpool (Jacuzzi), grosse Rasenfläche mit schattenspendenden Bäumen und Liegestühlen. Stühle und Sonnenschirme für an den Strand und eine Aussendusche, mit der man sich von Salz und Sand befreien kann wenn man vom Meer zurückkommt. Direkt vor dem Grundstück erwartet einem ein schöner, langer Sandstrand, flach abfallend (Kindertauglich) und glasklarem, sauberem Wasser. Der Aussenbereich ist explizit nur für dieses Mietobjekt, bietet viel Privatsphäre und genügend eingezäunte Parkplätze auch für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist über eine abgesperrte Privatstrasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr oder Strassenlärm. Die Anlage wird auch regelmässig von professionellen Gärtnern gepflegt. Austausch der Bettwäsche und Frottiertücher nach einer Woche war im Service enthalten. Wir durften auch das Stand-Up Paddle benutzen. Wir möchten uns bei Piergiorgio, Manuela und Familie für den herzlichen Empfang, die ausserordentliche Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung bedanken. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

The owners were really gorgeous and the whole place had a lot of space inside and outside. The beach was reachable via a door within 100 meters and there was umbrella, sand toys and stand up paddle available to use. The kitchen had everything what you need to cook and the four modern bathrooms were perfect for us. Last but not least we never had such a clean accommodation! We travelled with four persons (two kids).

Excellent for relaxing at the seaside

The location is magnific. A few meters off the beach. The water and the beach near the villa are very nice and clean. The owners were very helpful and nice, we all apreciated the warm welcome. The villa has all the necesary facilitations for a great and relaxing vacation.

Stayed in the holiday home with the family for the first time. Late arrival was absolutely no problem and we were welcomed personally. Sufficient rooms with adequate bathrooms including garden and car park - perfect. Facilities - everything your heart desires. only 5 minutes walk to the beach 👍.... Very pleasant host, were able to postpone departure - due to late flight - without any problems ... would come back anytime 👍
