− The property is run down. There is graffiti on the Ramada street sign that has remained there for a long time making the property look derelict. Also lobby and bar lights not turned on.
Ok, clean. Good sized rooms. Noisy.

− There was a letter on the desk once we got to our room advising us there was construction nearby and we could request to be moved to another part of the motel. We decided to stay put as it was only 1 night and construction hours were from 7am. But construction noise started just after 5 am. This is outside the motel's control, we realise. But, it really ruined our stay. We were very tired for our drive home and impacted our day.
