Functional, but I am glad it was only for one night
4.0There was no breakfast, and I didn't expect any. But the tea, coffee etc were carelessly presented with very little coffee in the juar
− Lack of heating - just two inadequate heaters upstairs. Not being greeted by anyone, just the keys left on the table. No-one checking that I had what I needed etc. There was a big AirBnb sign on the wall - I was not aware that this was an Airbnb? The pedal bin in the kitchen did not work properly, the furniture was old and very squeaky. The kitchen was poky and not very functional with having to hunt for appliances etc. Compared to other places I have visited this place was not well presented and very overpriced

7.0It was a very nice apartment in a quiet residential area and had a very nice view from the windows.
− The heating was not suffiecient for winter and the accommodations was quite cold.

8.0Lovely clean apartment attached to the main house but very private with own entrance. Views of the sea and the mountains including a distant view of Mount Cook on a clear day.
