Excellent hospitality!
10.0The property is located in an HOA subdivision, which is quiet, and the neighborhood is immaculate. There are several places to eat within short distances, and the Pavillion is the place to shop! I must say that the hospitality of the property management was superb! She stayed in contact with me the entire process and offered to render suggestions on places to go, as well as making sure that she was available if I needed anything. I would recommend this place to stay, and I would stay there again!

Great experience, but a little limited.
8.0I traveled with my husband, sister and my one year old. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful. The size of the property was great perfect to accommodate us. It was only 4 minutes from where my siblings live and only 6 minutes from Fayetteville downtown which makes commuting very convenient. The property had enough toiletries and towels. Loved that property manager provided some snacks. That was very nice.
− 1. Despite having a fully equipped kitchenette, it was virtually impossible to use it because it doesn’t count with a sink or dishwasher to do dishes. I was sort of able to use it bc I kept taking the dirty dishes to my brothers house. 2. The bed on the master bedroom was really uncomfortable for me because the mattress doesn’t offer support. You lay on it and the mattress completely sinks. I guess this could be a personal preference since to me is comfortable to sleep in an orthopedic mattress but other people might find the bed comfortable. 3. It was a shame the property didn’t have a washer and dryer. I traveled for 11 days and my toddler lept licking pee from his diaper onto his clothes and pack and play sheets. To avoid having smelly clothes, I kept using my brothers washer machine and dryer, which is not so convenient.

− Driveway is a little high for lowered cars but owner worked out a easier amazing driveway spot for us.
