1.0The location and the complex are quite nice.
− The apartment wasn't cleaned after the previous occupants left. We had to do it ourselves, but we still got charged a 75 euro cleaning fee. The property claimed they're going to reimburse the cleaning fee. That never happened (they can keep the 75 euro now). There was broken stuff (trash bin and a kitchen faucet) that we had to report as well, so we don't get charged... They don't have clear communication with you as well, for check-in - check-out. Lack of communication and willingness to resolve the situation.

− Sehr verwohntes Appartment, am Besten schauen Sie sich das einmal an. Ganzen April 2025 haben Sie uns VILLA ROMANA ermittelt, das war ok Jetzt war es leider keine gepflegte Wohnung unsauber und sehr wenig Möbel und die auch noch defekt. Keine Spülmaschine kein Trockner keine Suppenteller keine Eierbecher ganz schlimmes billiges Besteck Dusche klein für Zwerge !!!! Franz.Doppelbett = Gestell SO WAR ES VIEL ZU TEUER - NUE MEHR WIEDER BUCH SCHON JAHRELANG BOOKING, SOWAS NOCH NICHT ERLEBT: Habe vor Ort jetzt VILLA ROMANA anemietet OKTOBER - MAI !!!!
Alptraum Katastrophe
1.0Die Lage
− Die Wohnung war im schlechten , unzumutbaren Zustand . Silikon in der Dusche stark verschimmelt. Balkon total verdreckt, Unkraut wucherte am Boden. Polster auf den Balkonstühlen voller Schimmel und Stockflecken. Balkongitter ließ sich nicht verschließen ( Erdgeschoßwohnung ), somit konnte Balkontür Nachts nicht geöffnet bleiben. Stockflecken auf dem Sessel im Wohnzimmer. Wasserhahn in der Küche lose. Toaster nicht benutzbar( Sicherung löst nach einschalten raus). Raum der Waschmaschine, Fußboden total verdreckt. Keine Heizung in der Wohnung, außer kleinem schleifendem Lüfter im Bad und 500 Watt Radiator im Wohnzimmer. Raumtemperatur nicht ausreichend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muffig. Alles in Allem ein Alptraum. Die Wohnung war für meine 86 jährige Mutter gebucht.
