10.0Amplio, limpio, cerca de supermercados y central para salir a las playas, buena cocina y con lavadora en el patio, le faltaría tener unas mejores ollas y una sartén al menos pero bien , un televisor no tenía señal no funcionaba tampoco con WiFi sería bueno también , genial la nevera y aires muy bien
