Liked the place but not the owner.
2.0− The owner did not even get back to us prior to check in or prepared a futon bed even after paying for 3. We contacted him via the receptionist who claimed this is not their job. Also, we waited an hour for the key as we couldnt reach the owner. We had to request and owner came again with the bed after an hour after we checked in. The owner asked us to charge using our USB while waiting for him and we didnt have micro USB to get it charged. I dont want to get under this owner anymore. The place is good.

Just add some cleaning things like broom and dustpan,if u want the guset to clean up after they check out,thnx!
7.0Very convenient,good view from our room as we stayed 19th.flr.,walking distance to the pasar malam,5mins to Mega mall,and there's mcdonald,KFC,bakeshop and starbucks nearby.
− It's our first time staying in tha apartment,but seems nobody check the room before the quest will arrive.Becouse the bed got stained,there's a white spots that we don't know if they change the bed sheet/pillow cases/bolster covers,and lots of small spiders and webs all over,Plates and really dirty inside the drawers,maybe due to long time nobody book the room,but hopefully can check before guest arrive in next time. Aircon Compressor very noisy just outside our room.
