10.0Location was excellent. Not the 1st time staying at these apartments
− Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the area, due to a municipality issues. The host however bended over backwards to ensure that we got other accommodation that was not affected by the power outage.
A real disappointment
3.0Not very much
− The power was off for 6 hours at a time, which wasn't the host's fault, but he provided one light for 4 people. He never answered queries or requests. There was no wi-fi, no instructions for the TV, which we were unable to operate. Simple things like hand soap in basins, drying up towels, a toaster or even a few spoons of coffee were missing. Huge potential, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone. I would never go back.

Good location but not cleaned at all. No working WiFi, generelly broken down and very bad service from „The Host Airbnb
2.0Directly next to the shopping mall and just a small walk to the beachfront.
− Floor wasn’t cleaned, WiFi not working, washbasin was blocked, couldn’t lock the balcony door, dirty pillows, curtain rod hanging of the wall, not enough cutlery for the amount of booked people. When reported to the host they send someone over to bring some cutlery and try to fix the WiFi but couldn’t repair it. Also reported all the other things but they really didn’t care about it. No one even looked at the washbasin, curtain rod or balcony door. Also no working WiFi for the whole stay. No working lock at the balcony door is very problematic in South Africa because neighbours could just climb in and steal your stuff.
