Квартира чистая. Есть кухня, чайник кофеварка, утюг(что было очень хорошо), сушилка для белья. Спасибо огромное за кофе, который мы смогли заварить. Еще бы один пакетик чая для ребенка, было бы отлично. Есть стиральная машина, мы не пользовались т.к были одну ночь.

− Заселение у нас прошло проблематично. Наверное нужно было заранее сделать самостоятельно регистрацию, а так пришлось связываться с хозяином и потом ночью под дождём искать ключ во дворе в тайном ящике. Немного сложновато если учесть, что у нас сел телефон и другой альтернативы зайти в квартиру нет. Матрас был слишком мягким, мы прямо провалились туда. И кажется в помещении курили был небольшой запах. Не было фена.

A disappointing stay that fell far short of expectations and forced us to leave early.

− Our stay was truly disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment had a lingering smell of smoke. We subsequently found a traveller review on the Booking platform from just a week earlier mentioning the same issue, meaning the hosts knew and did nothing. Dusty, a malfunctioning washing machine, lukewarm water, an outdated kitchen with a broken blackout blinds and and mold present in the shower silicone added to the frustration. Additionally, the bed and pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. We lost precious holiday time scrambling for alternative accommodation and trying to converse our dissatisfaction with both the host and customer service. The host eventually agreed to a 50% refund, but only after negotiation. We found it difficult to understand how they believed the accommodation still justified the remaining cost, given the condition of the property and the amount of holiday time and energy we had to spend fixing a situation they should have prevented. It’s clear there was little care from the hosts, and we decided to leave early. We don’t recommend this stay.

Nice and warm colors in the room, ground floor spacious apartment with all the necessaries at the hand.

− Wohnung hat nach Rauch gestunken, obwohl es als Nicht-Raucher Unterkunft deklariert ist. Möbel waren verstaubt. Küche war in einen unsauberen Zustand - Getränke Reste des vorherigen Gastes waren erkennbar. Leider hat sich der Gastgeber bis heute nicht auf unsere Nachrichten gemeldet.
