8.0Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am See. Dort gibt's es auch mehrere gastronomische Einrichtungen für jedes Budget. Es ist gemütlich und nicht touristisch überlaufen. Ebenso gibt es recht nah Bäcker, Penny und 2 örtliche Obstbauern - beide eine Empfehlung. Das örtliche Strandbad ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Ludwigshafen und Sipplingen. Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet, mit Balkon und einer großen eingezäunten Terrasse. Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Sauberes Bad. Im Keller gibt es die Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Bewohnerin über der FeWo ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Der Platz war ausreichend und anhand Bilder/Grundriss wussten wir vorher über die Zimmeraufteilung und Größe entsprechend Bescheid. Für uns war es so iO.
− Das Sofa ist tatsächlich schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sieht etwas schmuddelig aus. Mit Decken, Bettlaken etc. musste es für die Kinder trotzdem her halten und entsprach seinem Zweck, wenn auch ohne Wohlfühlcharakter für Maßstäbe von Erwachsenen.
Herr Saretz war bei jedem Anliegen sofort erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend.
8.0Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und fußläufig zum See sowie so der Bäckerei und einer Eisdiele. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt. Ein Highlight ist die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen. Alles was man braucht.
− Für uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) war die Wohnung eigentlich zu klein, da wir alle zusammen in einem Doppelbett schlafen mussten. Zwar gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch, doch die hat ehrlicherweise schon bessere Tage erlebt und sah nicht sonderlich einladend aus. Dazu kam, dass sich das Schlafzimmer zu 4. extrem aufgeheizt hat und man durch die Raumaufteilung keinen Durchzug in das Zimmer bekam.
