8.0It was nicely set out, good sized rooms and great kitchen/dining room.
− The house was cold but heaters did help. A curtain/screen over the back door area would have helped keep the cold out - but I'm aware one was due to be fitted soon! It was very disappointing having to pay $50 for the cot when my booking said it would be free.

− No dining table and chairs or outside setting. The parking on the street was very busy which made it difficult to get back the car out of the driveway sometimes.

− The front steps were a bit steep to carry suit cases up so we walked around the side of the house which was on a slope and entered through back door. There is no table to sit for a meal just a bench top. A table and chairs would have been nice on back or front patio.
