− Toilet had a very weak flushing, there was a foul smell in the kitchen, no fans were provided (stayed during heatwave), the 5th sleeping place was announced as ”sofa bed” but it was only a sofa with a sheet on top (not the same thing!! expected a sofa that can be converted into a bed - with a real mattress etc), host was not responsive (ignored questions and took several hours to respond).

− Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet und hatte dreckige Wände. Laut Anzeige sollte es eine Waschmaschine geben, aber es gab keine.

− - Hatte in der Suchmaske 2 Zimmer angegeben, Unterkunft wurde als Ferienwohnung beworben, ist aber nur ein Zimmer mit Bad -Klimaanlage nicht angeschlossen, weder Heizung oder Kühlung möglich - Raum vollkommen überhitzt
