Die Lage ist wirklich super: Der Vatikan ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Metro und Cafés sowie Einkaufsstraßen liegen direkt um die Ecke. Die Verwalterin hat uns sogar ermöglicht, zwei Stunden früher in die Wohnung zu kommen – dafür waren wir sehr dankbar. Das Apartment war sauber und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist zwar leider nicht besonders schön, aber das war für uns nicht weiter wichtig. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt sind die zwei tollen Badezimmer – gerade wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist, ist das wirklich sehr praktisch.

− Der Check-out um 10:00 Uhr ist relativ früh, und leider gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit, die Koffer nach dem Check-out noch aufzubewahren. Auch die vielen Regeln und Hinweise waren etwas befremdlich. Ich gehe eigentlich davon aus, dass Menschen, die viel reisen, wissen, wie man sich in einer fremden Wohnung verhält. DIE REGELN hängen gut sichtbar an der Wand: Was bei Beschädigungen zu bezahlen ist, wie die Küche zu hinterlassen ist usw. Für die Reinigung haben wir zudem noch bar bezahlt. Insgesamt hatte man dadurch leider eher das Gefühl, ständig darauf achten zu müssen, nichts falsch zu machen, anstatt sich in der Unterkunft wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Man kann den Menschen mehr trauen.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and very close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, as well as two bathrooms, which was especially convenient for our group. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. We would happily stay here again!

− One small negative point is that the cleaning fee should ideally be included in the booking price rather than paid separately in cash. Many travellers don’t carry much cash with them, so it would be much more convenient to include the fee in the total booking charge or allow payment by card.

Sehr gut gelegen, 10 Minuten zum Papst, 5 Minuten zum Shopping, 3 Minuten zum Cappucino direkt vor der Metro… Sogar der Bus hält um die Ecke.

Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone with an extended stay in Rome.

Great location, right near Ottaviano Metro Station. Lots of great restaurants nearby, only 5 min from Vatican City. Busy neighborhood but the apartment was quiet. Air conditioning was life saver. Linda was fantastic to work with - gave recommendations for getting around city and for restaurants. Checked in with us often, making sure all was going ok.

− Two bedrooms but we needed the fold out couch as well. Like most fold-outs, not the most comfortable
