moderne hochwertige Wohnung mit Blick auf die Marina.
9.0Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte persönlich durch Frau Bittner. Ist heute nicht mehr normal. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war üppig einschliesslich wichtiger Gebrauchsgüter . Der Schlafbereich war gut vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt. Die Terrasse war möbliert. Der persönllche Parkplatz war wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und mit € 4 pro Tag moderat. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschänkt empfehlen.
− Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Fön. Da während unseres Aufenthaltes die Temperaturen deutllich über 30° lagen wäre ein besserer Sonnenschutz an den großen Fenstern nicht schlecht - aber wann ist es in Cuxhaven so warm??

8.0Die Lage war sehr gut.
− Das Bett war extrem schlecht. Man hatte Angst einzuschlafen weil es beim umdrehen sehr laut geknackt hat sodass man Angst hatte durchzubrechen. Der Ein-und Ausstieg war sehr eng. Die Duschstange hat so sehr gewackelt das man dachte die fällt gleich vo der Wand.
In diesem Zustand mit diesen Möbeln, ist dieses Apartment nicht zu empfehlen.
8.0Top Lage. Super Studio, E- Bikes sicher im Studio. Guter Parkplatz.
− Sehr schlechtes Bett, sowas hatten wir noch nie!!! Sofa war auch total durch. Duschstange im Bad ist kurz vor dem abfallen.
Cuxhafen, wir kommen wieder!
7.0Ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser/Yachthafen. Gute Lage, nicht weit ins Zentrum, Bushaltestellen und der Hafen für Ausflugsfahrten in der Nähe.
− Vermisst haben wir einen Wäscheständer zum Trocknen unserer Strand- und Regensachen. Im September ist es es schon ziemlich kühl, da wäre eine bessere Heizmöglichkeit sehr fein gewesen.
