4.0דירה גדולה ומרווחת
− אין מים חמים אחרי שעה מסוימת בערב והחימום לא עבד בכלל. בהתחלה הצוות עזר וכשפנינו לגבי החימום בדירה לא הגיבו יותר

5.0I really liked the location. All public transport stops are just a five-minute walk away, which makes getting around very convenient. There are plenty of cafés and small shops nearby, many of which stay open late. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained.
− Unfortunately, there were quite a few things I didn't like. The stairwell was very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The carpets were covered in stains and torn along the edges in several places, making the common areas feel really unpleasant and poorly maintained. The furniture in the rooms was quite old, and the microwave in the kitchen didn't work. The bathroom doors had no locks, and the doors between the rooms were misaligned and couldn't be closed properly. The shower area was poorly designed, with inadequate protection against water splashing onto the bathroom floor. The existing shower screen also leaked, making it impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. The TV wasn't set up, and there were no batteries in the remote controls. Overall, the property is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. These issues significantly affected the comfort of our stay.

5.0The place is very accessible, there is a paid parking lot across the street (cash only) and there is a U-bahn station right around the corner. City center is within a walkable distance. There is ample space, a bit spartan but good enough if the point is not to stay in all the time. The immediate neighborhood is somewhat bohemian which was not a problem for us at all but could well be for some.
− The apartment we stayed at (left-side on the 4th floor) had bedbugs, I got several telltale bite clusters in patterns of three on my hand, arm, shoulder and neck. This had been reported before and I inquired before making the reservation. The hosts assured that this problem had been remedied but it was not.
Berbat
1.0Sadece konumu sevdim. Gerisi berbat. Bir daha asla gelmem. Yanında gece kulübü var ama bu açıklamalarda belirtilmemiş
− Temizlik berbat. Yataklar berbat bir yatak tamamen göçmüş. Yanında gece kulübü var uyuyamıyorsun. Yataklar berbat. Mutfakta ekipman yok. Banyo sifonu düzgün çalışmıyor.
Muy agradable estancia.
9.0El apartamento, su decoración la, muy luminoso.
